The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, especially our arrival, where we felt warmly welcomed and recognized for our special occasion.

Staying in a King Room with Garden View for 6 nights provided a beautiful interior setup and a serene atmosphere, though the limited restaurant options made it challenging to find variety. The phenomenal staff truly elevated the experience. their friendliness and professionalism were unmatched. However, the layout of the hotel made it difficult to navigate, especially with kids in tow, and the food felt overpriced given the average quality. On a positive note, traditional Italian dishes were a highlight, and the beach location offered stunning views.

Staying here for a family trip was overall a delightful experience. We loved the beautiful interior design of the hotel, the cleanliness and comfort of our King Room with Garden View, and the staff members were phenomenal, each one going above and beyond to make us feel special. However, the sheer number of children around the pool was a bit overwhelming, and we felt the food at the restaurants was overpriced given the average quality. Despite this, the extraordinary hospitality from the hotel staff truly made our stay enjoyable.
